Their only digital asset was an outdated website that failed to convey their identity, expertise, and vision. They had no presence on social media, which limited their visibility in the rural healthcare community. As Social Media Manager, I helped bring Triad Executive Advisors’ online presence to life by leading the creative direction and shaping a consistent, professional voice across all platforms. I was deeply involved in content creation, from writing engaging social media and website content to designing visuals and guiding our graphics team to ensure quality and brand consistency. I served as the main point of contact with the client, regularly communicating to understand their vision and goals, and translating that into clear direction for our team. My photography and videography skills supported the effort as I captured professional headshots and produced video content, handling everything from filming to editing. I also assisted in the website redesign, contributing to the selection and editing of images and videos that helped communicate Triad’s mission in a clear, compelling way.

Introducing Compass
Garbage in, garbage out never stopped being true; what changed is how fast bad answers now travel. We moved from gigabytes to terabytes. At enterprise scale, we now operate at petabyte levels. At the same time, leaders are being pressed for AI-driven insights, faster decisions, and automated judgment.
That combination is dangerous without governance. AI does not fail because models are weak. AI fails when the underlying data is poorly understood, poorly owned, or poorly governed. Decisions cannot be trusted if the information feeding them cannot be defended.
